If a replacement part supplied and installed by UK Phone Zone Ltd is found to be defective within the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace the part at our discretion. Refunds may be considered where a suitable replacement is not available.
Diagnostic and inspection fees are non-refundable once the assessment of the device has been completed, regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the repair.
